Packed with protein, fiber, amino acids and minerals, it’s one of the best and easiest foods to create incredible vegan dishes from. It’s even great seasoned on its own and pan-fried!

We think of tofu as a sort of “blank canvas.” It can easily take on so many different flavor profiles, creating an array of versatility to your vegetarian dishes.

We recommend letting the seasoning rest after applying for an hour (or two) to really let the flavors develop and soak in.
