However, due to the nature of the products we sell (we consider spices, herbs and blends as food products), and that we cannot re-sell our products once they have left our facility, we do not offer any returns or exchanges for health and legal reasons. However, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please e-mail us with the following information:
• Your name and shipping address
• The item(s) you purchased
• The reason for your concern
We will contact you with information about any steps we are able to take to fix the situation. Please note that for any return of non-food merchandise, we will only pay return shipping charges if we have made an error, or the product has arrived damaged.
We start processing your order upon receipt of your cleared payment. During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but only if your items have not shipped out. To cancel your order during processing, before your items have shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at: email@example.com regarding the status of your order. Once your items have shipped, however, it is no longer possible to cancel your order and your items will no longer qualify for a refund of any kind. Please be sure of your chosen products when you place your order.
