Shipping and Handling
We proudly ship our high-quality products Canada wide, as well as International.
All orders are prepared in fresh batches, and processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
All orders will show calculated shipping rates at the checkout. If a rush or custom order is required, please email our customer support team at: email@example.com.
If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. The Pondering Pig is not responsible for customs charges. Because all international orders must be processed through customs, they may take up to four weeks to arrive after they are shipped. The Pondering Pig cannot guarantee the arrival time of your shipment once it leaves our facility. The Pondering Pig is not responsible for any lost products, as international shipping is beyond our control once it leaves our facility. It is up to the buyer to track the shipment with the information they are provided upon shipping, and to communicate with the shipping carrier bringing their purchase overseas.
