Allergen Disclaimer

Our products are sourced from various outside local, national and international suppliers and production of spices, herbs and other ingredients have been out of our control, and may have come in contact with, or contain the following allergens: Seafood, Sulphites, Mustard Seed, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Fish, Shellfish, Soy, Sesame, Dairy, Eggs and or Egg Products, Glutens and Wheat.

We cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for consumption by individuals with any form of allergies.

There is always risk of contamination in production and supply chain and we urge you to take caution or do an allergy test before using any of the products we supply. If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance. Consult your doctor or a qualified health professional should you have any concerns with the consumption of herbs, spices or ingredients listed in our products PRIOR to purchase. A pregnant or lactating woman should seek professional guidance before using an excess of any spice or herb.

The Pondering Pig will not be held responsible or liable for any persons with sensitivities, and/or allergic reactions occurring from our products, as many of our products are for end consumers who, by way of this legal disclaimer, are fully informed and aware of the risks and liability associated with using these types of food products.

Products

Product photos and images that appear on the website may not be the same as actual products, due to graphical elements such as lighting and electronic displays. Actual products may vary in color and appearance. The nature of the products purchased from this website will settle during shipment. Products are shipped according to package size and measured volumes in ounces. Products may also be shipped according to weight. The Pondering Pig reserves, at all times, to adjust advertised packaging volumes and weights at its sole discretion.

 

Storage of Products

All of the products purchased from The Pondering Pig should be kept in a closed container in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and heat, within 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit and less than 60% relative humidity. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to properly store products purchased from this website in the recommended manner as outlined above. The Pondering Pig accepts no responsibility for products that may appear to be, or are, defective, spoiled or are deemed unusable due to poor storage methods by the purchaser.
